24-Hour Tour Managers
GoPlay Tour Managers are on-call 24 hours a day, and are equipped with cellular phones to ensure direct communications for immediate results. All Tour Managers speak several languages and undergo extensive training by GoPlay. The Tour Manager's role is to ensure your trip exceeds your expectations. Best of all they are sports enthusiasts too!
GoPlay knows how important it is for parents to receive flight and hotel information. GoPlay guarantees flight times, and hotel information will be released one month after your registration deadline or nine months before departure. Whichever is sooner.
Insurance for Everyone
All participants traveling with GoPlay Tours are covered under a specialized insurance policy, granting them health insurance overseas. GoPlay Tours can provide additional insurance for sports equipment.
Risk Free Deposits
All GoPlay participants are covered by our risk-free deposit. If the trip does not run for low numbers, then all payments will be refunded.
